This Build is for Ringo players that wannt to be able to do 2 things. Supporting and Soloing for an example. In this build you start off by buying the sprint boots and adding a Skill Point to Twirling Silver. By then you will be able to get out of combat quickly if you get into a uncomfortable situation, with your Sprint boots ability. But the first thing you will do. Get to the farthest tower on the lane and simply just get as many last kills on the enemy minions as much as you can to earn the gold you need for the next thing you will have to buy. Don't go for killing the enemy opponents. Just focus on the gold farming. When you have 1150 Gold. Return to base and buy the Heavy Steel for an awesome damage boost in the early game. By then you can start focusing a little on your opponents at the lane but be careful. And always have an eye on the opponents crystal bar or if they have used any ability that can stunn you. But keep focusing as much as you can on the farming. Then when you have 950 gold. Return to base again and buy the Six Sins and the Crystal bit. The more damage you have and the more health and armour you have. The more you will be able to support your team mates.
At the mid game. When you are still farming for gold. First Upgrade your Sprint Boots to Travel Boots, Then the Cristal Bit to Eclipse Prism. And after that, buy the DragonHeart and Blazing Salvo.
At the Later game. When you have money. Upgrade your Heavy Steel and Six Sins to a Sorrowblade, Your Eclipse Prism and Blazing Salvo into a Alternating Current and the DragonHeart into a Crucible.
After that. When you can afford to buy the parts to the/item Metal Jacket or another Sorrowblade. Do it.
So be safe. Dont go into a bush or something somewhere that you suspect there to be emeny opponents.
