Ironguard Contract at the start. See if anyone in your team is jungling, if not focus on 2nd skill if there IS someone there better not disturb them but it's your choice. If you go lane start first with 1st skill to stab people for additional armor. That should start you off properly.
Stormguard Banner. You can sell it later if you want. Do not build Warhorn yet or if you do not qant Warhorn sell this if you're out of space
Aftershock. If want that additional armor with the 1st skill maybe you'd want that skill to hurt a bit more right?
Eve of Harvest cause you need that lifesteal along with your tanky items.
Crucible cause the
Reflex Block is useful and so is that extra hp and armor
Aegis for crystal and
Metal Jacket for weapon.
Journey Boots to run more and an extra boots. Crystal stuff or whatever. Using the 1st skill to stab your enemy heroes is a BIG help cause you'll be needing dat extra armor thingy.
