instead of tornado trigger or serpents mask, wouldn't alternating currents work better?

To everybody who reads this, this is my first attempt at a guide, and I hope it proves to be of some use. It's the product of several bad teammate matchups, and 3 hours of straight formatting, research, and experimentation. Skaarf is a hard hero to play as he is intended, and I would appreciate it if people wouldn't slam him in the comments.
