This build is for 2014 , after all this update don't want to update the build ?!

I don't suggest having a tyrants monocule thought. He has 100% for crit. I know that the item also provides 30% more crit damage, but it's not as much as sorrowblade.

This build is really good. I usually get atleast 10 kills and 1 or 2 deaths. I went a game 18/0/7 too, it was awesome. I definitely recommend this build.

I don't think you should use kaiten immediately after initiation in some cases. For example, when you are going up against catherine, you should save your kaiten until she uses her ult. That way the ult will either deal no damage to you or the ult will be
cancelled, if timed perfectly.

Actually, you should use X-Retsu, THEN BASIC ATTACK ONCE, then Kaiten.
