Hey aadams, i usually get Breaking Point then get either Chornograph or Reflex Block, then the other. As of late I havent been going back for Tornado Trigger, usually Crucible or Boots. Otherwise, I do well with this build, Thanks!!!

What do you mean, just before Breaking Point you start going for Warhorn (utility tree)? Or you get Chronograph (on utility tree), then get Breaking Point?
