What skill tier are you?

Dude might want to put krul up a bit more because any ringo i come across i destroy with krul

this is actually one of my favourite builds (sort of) and I do not think it has the attention it deserves.
I would normally start with some potions and a swift shooter to ensure last hits, followed by a boots and tension bow, which you should be able to get by the time you're level 6, followed by a serpents mask, two tornado triggers, and a Sorrowblade. The two tornado triggers along with ringo's maxed twirling silver gives ringo amazing attack speed and crits
