I'll explain why this building is so freaking amazing.
First of all,the basic attack items (Sorrowblade+Tornado trigger) give to saw a powerfull attack,added to his hero perk (spin up) it becomes one of the most powerfull damage dealer ever.
Shatter glass and alternating current increase a lot his abilities damage,and alternating current with spin up garants an incredible damage surplus.
His boots help him to run when spin up is active and to escape dangerous situations,for example when an assassin like taka or koshka is attacking
And crucible is used to avoid being stunned from enemies and losing all the spin up charges
Am i a genius?
