I know that playing alone is much easier than putting a whole group together, but if you have a friend or 2 that play the game (and are at your general skill level) you should be playing with them as much as you can. My dad and I play all the time together and because we are able to be in the same room together, we have really good communication and are able to coordinate ganks and other things better. We recently met someone else who is at our level of play and gladly fills the other position (lane) that we need and we formed a great team, even with just the pings. We upped our game when we moved all of our communication to Discord and have been able to do quite a bit just because of better communication. My point is that solo queue is a challenge with only the pings so getting another person or 2 to play with you is what you really need to do. I really really like the idea of your hot phrases and I think they do need to be implemented just because not everyone can find someone else to play with.

I was looking at the line app, problem is that you can't run it and VG at the same time. You would need two devices. If that is the case, I would rather use my laptop to communicate and my phone to play.

Discord can run at the same time as VG

Discord, Skype, and for Apple, Facetime can all run in the background while using other apps. Just make sure the device you are using can run one of the apps in the background. I would recommend calling someone on one of them, then going into a bot match to test it. You'll know that it works or doesn't because on Android, it will say something like "Unfortunately Vainglory has stopped" or "Unfortunately Discord has stopped" and for Apple, Vainglory will close as if you hit the home button.

Miss would be so much better. They just need to implement SOME ACTUAL ****ING SETTINGS SO I CAN TURN THE BLOODY MUSIC OFF & miss off for players who don't want it. In my opinion it just invites toxicity when there is only question mark pings and crying faces flying everywhere. You can't keep anything positive against flamers. If you put a smiley face or a laugh when you die they get pissed off! If I had voice chat I could keep the motivation on and coordinate better. I regularly did this in CS GO and switching to mobas this was my biggest problem. Change is necessary whether you **** like it or not. Having been subject to both environments I can tell you voice is much better and I ****ing love it.
P.S CAN WE GET SOME ****ING SETTINGS ON THE VG APP?????? (The sole reason I can't happily voice chat) #****the****music

There is an ios app called Discord that can be run at the same time as vainglory. This is what most iOS players use I would think but obviously this requires all players to be in a party.

A mic or chat system is a bad idea in all but the highest level games, the toxicity is just to high for it to be of any use

I don't know what line is but most people I know use Discord it's an app that is designed to run at the same time as your game, and it's free.
