Not bad, Since there's not much information here about Joule in 5v5, here's a bit from what I've noticed when playing WP Joule in the lane.

Joule is a really good split pusher when she goes WP, if you get a kill against your enemy laner, you get a good chance to deal alot of damage to the turret or potentially destroy it.
