You're right, I didn't notice the edited comment :P

Definitely for longer encounters an Alternating Current would be better since you can only reduce cooldowns so much (bc of diminishing returns). I like to think of my self as a faux-protector when using HV. Brainwash the enemy into thinking you're playing Catherine normally, yet really play her more of a normal jungler/initiator.

Testing this build for yourself, you may want at least one friend who knows how you're going to play so they can build accordingly.

Hey wolf_hands, how well do you find yourself doing when utilizing the gank build above? Have you found it does better with certain teammates or against certain teams?

During mid game once you have Tension Bow and your opponents are silly enough to not Scout Trap their lane bushes AND lane at half health, you should see them drop like flies. For lane ganking a Ringo is great because of his Achilles Shot.

Good synergy, in general, is with other bursty or stun capable heroes. Since you're only at the height of your effectiveness when Tension Bow and Aftershock are up (so every 6 sec at minimum) having someone to help stun them during those 6 sec or burst them down with you will quickly take a 3v3 to a 3v2.

PM me if you want a link to a youtube video with the build. This site won't let me post a comment with the link in there :/

Hey wolf_hands, how well do you find yourself doing when utilizing the gank build above? Have you found it does better with certain teammates or against certain teams? Also, after reading BlueBadger's hidden stats guide, Alternating Current might be a better bet than Aftershock for sustained lifesteal from every other attack.

I like this idea of doubling up on items. I've played a few rounds with 2xEye of Harvest and it works really well.

Thanks! I kind of wish the itempedia on here would show what other item effects can double stack.

I actually did something like this by complete accident when i first started playing. I was looking at the wrong item trying to build components for it and ended up with two Fountains an Eve and an Aftershock. Had a very positive experience though and I decided to keep playing this game. Lol.
I like to be a little bit more rounded though which is why I didn't keep doing that lol. Although I'd doubt anyone would complain about a Catherine with AOE silence, Stun, and two party heals.

You did figure it out! ^-^

I tend to suck at offensive builds with Catherine which is why I started finding good ways to simply not die while playing her xD
