I'm curious about you putting level 3 point into Twirling Silver. This build seems based around spamming Achilles Shot, especially early game. Assuming you are building Clockwork first to spam AS, wouldn't you want the extra direct damage?

I will actually add that in as a second build idea, I just realized I do that in some games, depending on the lane. Thanks for the idea bdombe1, i will credit you :D

Thanks for the curiosity... I like to go 3rd point in twirling silver because I find it to be more helpful with less CP, Achilles Shot does almost nothing until after first back, so the Twirling Silver point gives the AA speed steroid and the movement steroid AND the damage increase. I can see running with Achilles Shot 3rd in an aggressive lane, but I generally try to play more passive early so as to farm and not die. Also, if you do farming right you will have a crit on almost every AA, you get in a nice cycle of finishing every minion with a crit, Extra AA speed = more farm for me. I can totally understand running Achilles Shot though :) I guess what it all boils down to is that the most important thing with this build is gold advantage. And Twirling Silver gives that to me, but if you are better at farming with Achilles Shot, by all means, go ahead.

This build just makes total sense. Ringo is weak early game almost no matter what. It seems CP Ringo is traditionally irrelevent until AC + SG is built. I have found this build allows me to stay in the lane for a very long time before first visit and saves me money on boots.

Against less confident laners the nearly unlimited energy has meant the roam (and sometimes the entire team) wasting time in the lane with me before level 6, which means (1) I'm poking the squishiest with AS while farming and (2) My team is invading/ganking at their leisure.

tl;dr: This build is Jawsome and incredibly fun. I'd double upvote if I could.
