Buy Travel Boots to rotate fast, then complete Stormcrown and T3 boots to get 30% cooldown reduction early or rush stormcrown if you don't want to risk skipping camps and falling behind
Pulseweave is good because it has an active effect and it gives a lot of health, fixing the problem of lacking health with stormcrown and chargers. Aegis is good to block cc abilities like Celeste's B or Baptiste's B. If they have a lot of cc abilities, you can buy crucible instead of husk to never get cc'ed but husk + aegis is a very good combo that gives both cp and wp defense. Cooldown reduction cap is 35% so it wouldn't be worth to go for clockwork last item, fountain is good as in late game both teams stick together so fountain would heal everyone. Charge up your A, use B to gap close and instantly try to reposition enemy with A ability. Use boots+C ability to stun enemy with your perk.
