Item Choices

Before I get to the build: Top

So, this build has tips for beginners as well as more advanced players. If you're a beginner, tips will appear in this color. More advanced stuff will appear like this, and tactical suggestions will appear like this

Going off of spawn Top

When the game begins, you want to buy either an Energy Battery and a Crystal Bit, or an Hourglass and a Crystal Bit. The rest of the money should go to Halcyon Potion. Now, when you go off of spawn, you want to play agrresively and conservatively at the same time. What I mean by that is target the enemy carry over minions with Porcupine Mortar, but keep your distance from him. Remember, you outrange him and will for the rest of the game. Of course, I'm not saying disregard the minions, but I AM saying don't be afraid to hurt him

Shopping Trip #1 Top

Here you should have at least 1150 gold, hopefully more. Buy a Heavy Prism and a Void Battery and an Hourglass if you don't already have one. If you have more, which is fine if you don't, but if you do, buy Sprint Boots, Travel Boots if you can, then put the rest into CP (unless you have enough to make shopping trip 2 at the same time, in which case disregard this more gold segment)

Shopping Trip 2 Top

Here you want 2550 gold at least, and again, more if you can. Buy some Travel Boots and a Clockwork. If you already bought Travel Boots either buy a Void Battery and a Crystal Bit, or just buy Halcyon Chargers if you can afford it.

Final Shopping Trip (Minus the extra Shatterglasses, which you can get whenever you want)) Top

Here, you're gonna want a bit more than 4000 gold. You're going to buy a Shatterglass and your defense item. If you're worried about getting stunned and murdered, buy an Aegis. If you're worried about basic attack damage, buy a Metal Jacket.

How you want to play Baron Top

Allow me to start this by saying:This guy has a range of 11 meters for a VERY good reason. When you are in a fight, you want to be at least 8 meters away from the fray. Stay back and spam your Porcupine Mortar into the fray, until they're all dead. If you want, you can use your Jump Jets to find the enemy back-line cannon and kill him, or use your Jump Jets to hunt down enemies and kill them. Keep in mind, your Porcupine Mortar slows enemies down. Pick and choose your battles. Don't go into the jungle if you can help it, and make sure your Captain has Flare or, better yet, a Flare Gun/ Contraption if you do.

Your Ion Cannon is useful in 3 ways: long teamfights, taking out low health targets who are by a turret, and for escapes when you don't have your Jump Jets up.
How to use it properly: When both teams have a jungler designed for longer fights, simply Ion Cannon wherever they are, and tell your jungler to hold them there. Remember, you don't have to hit them right at the center, it's just optimal if you do. Close counts here as well as in horseshoes and hand grenades

So, how'd I do? Top

If there is anything you'd like me to add, or something you'd like to know, just leave a comment and I'll get back to you as soon as I can! My IGN is Lusunu, same as my account name, so yeah, hope you enjoy. See if you can kill me a few times with my build
