Ringo If cp, reflex block ult... it will most likely target you, if wp, avoid late game 1v1 situations... you probably won't win. Consider picking up armour instead of frostburn.
8
Alpha Good at gap closing, save boots for after alpha uses A.
9
Flicker Activate reflex block and boots at the same time to escape B, try stick to your turret to avoid being caught out.
9
Lance Can restrict your movement, buy reflex block to save you from impale, or just try to have unpredictable movements.
9
Koshka Reflex block ult, switch Frostburn for shield if she is damaging you a lot.
10
Glaive Devastating, swap out frost burn for armour.

How to play cp ringo Top

Early game start with a weapon blade and swift shooter, utalize Ringo a perk for easier last shots. By mid game you want to have your alternating current, some boots and defence. You won't hit too hard just yet. Late game is where cp Ringo truly shines, i would recommend buying an aegis/fountain or metal jacket instead of frostburn, unless the enemy team has no real approach options. You will want to target the enemy carry/assassin with your ult just before, or near the start of a teamfight... this should handicap the enemy team by either wasting a crucible/fountain or losing a hero before he fight has even begun. I reccomend if you are in a party, to suggest the roam (captain) places scout traps around to allow for you to ult from a safe distance without being noticed. Activating ringos B (twirling silver) and executing proper kiting techniques will allow for optimal damage output, whilst his A (Achilles shot) is perfect for hindering fleeing enemies, it is also extremely helpful for slowing a hero hot on your tail.

Although echo may be a consideration, I would not recommend as ringo's ult already has a fairly long cast time, and puts you well out of position, I believe it's just better to focus on the quality of your ult, over the quantity
