Samuel is a laner who's kit revolves around ranged mage attacks. He is classified as a dark mage who can control large areas while dealing damage on the move. This is important to realize because his kit was designed to use his ability to control the fold and use his positioning to his and his teams advantage.

One of the most important things about Samuel is the fact that team fights need to revolve around him. With his B as soon as he activates in the entire team needs to pounce on the enemies to get the most of of what Samuel is capable of. Make sure that you are fighting inside of his ring of darkness. This is where he is at his strongest and when he can start spamming his A. I also recommend starting off with the B and then as soon as you start the fight to activate your ULT. This will help you deal damage while spamming your A.
