Crystal Ringo is hard to play, hard to master. If you are new to the game, I would highly recommend you to NOT try this build and go with the recommended build. But if your very experienced with this game and want something new and fun, go ahead and try it out :)
All of Ringo's abilities scale with crystal, which means the more crystal you have, the more damage they deal.
As crystal Ringo is extremely weak early game, head to lane and farm the minions passively, make sure to hug the turrent if the enemies are poking you.

Build:
To find these items, ignore the recommended ones and go into the "ability" category:

Start off with Crystal Bit and 2 Halcyon Potion
Optional: grab the Sprint Boots if you have enough but do not upgrade it

Rush an Alternating Current (the last item in the "ability" category

If you are doing well, buy
Shatterglass

If you are not doing well, grab a
Clockwork

After you have finished one of the items, buy the other one

You can upgrade boots in the process if you want to

The rest is up to you to experiment :)
This is just the core build and the whether you do well heavily depends on your skill

Always make sure you buy spare pots as crystal Ringo has no sustain
Alternating current is the main item for crystal ringo, it allows you to farm the jungle camp (the one that gives you a buff to restore Heath and mana) with ease to regen some hp.
If you are doing well, you should be able to take down opponents very quickly with your shatterglass and alternating current, don't be afraid to go all in! If you are not doing well, stay back and keep poking with your achilles shot (clockwork reduces the cool down of achilles shot)until the enemy is low on hp and then go for the kill
