Flexi-Krul Top

Ever since Krul came out, I've been playing around with his builds whilst trying out counters against other heroes. This is my rec. build:

Start off with a Swift Shooter (SS) and one or two Halcyon Potion. Make Spectral Smite as first ability (imo, ALWAYS DO THIS)

Build in order within 8mins: Blazing Salvo (BS), Ironguard Contract (IC), another BS, one more SS since you used the last one for BS.

Oh yeah, when you see other heroes... Run. You can't afford to stop making gold, cuz later in the game, the builds get quite expensive. Unless you have good teammates, don't try to kill just yet, unless a stray jungler comes into your domain. It's really easy to kill or seriously injure an enemy within five minutes of the game. You can easily kill Krul too if he comes lumbering along, you just have to get your Smite's stacks higher than his before he does and don't use Dead Man's Rush in first engagement! You have to get your stacks before he does! Smite saves you from the tightest of fights and only rush him when he's running or about to smite you.

If you have enough gold, you should be able to build Tornado Trigger within 10mins or less... If you haven't been killed yet. You should have a TT, BS, IC and maybe a spare pot. Next up, this is the beginning of counter stage. If you see CP SAW or Koshka, you gotta get the Light Shield ASAP. Try get boots also. Now, you can initiate solo fights with at least 80% chance of not losing (depends on how well you know and use Krul).

Get Piercing Spear next, and try and build the Bonesaw. Is it just me, or after I shred the enemies' armour my smite and rush deals more damage...? Even though they are abilities...?

Third thing to build is to either finish the boots or get Kinetic Shield or Reflex Block. Build an Aegis later. Sell your IC or make it into a Warhorn if you want. I don't touch my IC... Cuz I never have a chance to go past 25mins of game time.

Now, I have never gotten to finish this build as my game never drags this long, but I would recommend getting either a Frostburn, Aftershock (Aftershock with smite... Delish), Atlas Pauldron (if you really have to drag out fights with WP enemies to get the stacks of smite in. I would recommend using it right after you've smited them) or Crucible. Sure, you can make more attack speed, but remember the buff isn't 75%+75% AS (let's say I buy another TT). It is ({Current AS}*75%)+({AS after 75% addon}*75%) so you are actually getting less than you've paid for.

With Krul, you HAVE to counter build or you will give peace to him.

For those too lazy to read... Here's the breakdown:

1) Tornado Trigger
2) Bonesaw
3) Boots or Aegis
4) ^ depending on above, finish the one you did not build
5) Warhorn? I would recommend Aftershock. If you do build it, get Frostburn next
6) ^ depending on above. If you want to drag fights out, get a defensive item.

Well, cya in game m8's... Till the day I laugh at you pathetic AS with Krul... >:D
