 SAW Crystal build : moderately powerful especially since the suppresing Fire-roadie shank combo is really hard to dodge and can easily burst you down with the improved mad cannons. Weapon build : it really depends if you can out farm him. Easiest counter is to get a teammate with an extremely strong slow/stun and burst him down with a tension bow+cannon shell+12 spin up combo.

 Catherine Just because she has a stun and that nasty storm guard (Bruce)Banner makes her a real formidable foe in teamfights and ganks(especially).

 Joule Has a really deadly jump and laser combo but both are relatively easy to dodge with a simple roadie run to stay clear. But always keep a close eye on where this delinquent-on-a-mech is all the time.

 Koshka Her agonizingly long stun and crazy powerful aftershock combo can ravage you faster than Nepal(too soon?) Pack a couple of flare guns to light her ass so she won't be so eager to catch you. Unless they're already in formation.

 Skaarf This new-fangled flamethrower has a piercing ultimate which would devastate you either way. Only engage is he is not targeting you or you can burst him down with cannon shells.

 Krul Aftershock, Shadows Empower Me, From Hell's Heart, Dead Man's Rush. Enough said.

Why use this specific loadout? Top

Sorrowblade and serpent's mask is for the main damage sauce, tension bow for that sweet surprise roadie run or cannon shell, bp for attack speed (and really comes in handy in team fights [not ganks]), boots because, well, boots.
The jacket is for good durability combined with the serpent's mask.
The rest is pretty self explanatory.
