Churn is a very good heroes. He can be used to separate the enemy team from your allies or dive the enemies. This is how you want to build your computer around. Poke heroes do well, and dive heroes too making blackfeather a great choice. What you don't want to do though is try to counter a high mobility comp. This means you won't land anything, and get dived a little too fast. Good luck in your games!
Okay all you new Churn players. Here's a short guide explaining what you should do to play him in a decent way!
First let's start with your A ability.
You should use this ability often to do some extra damage and slow down enemies. Your skillshots will be very important for your overall game. You want to use this when you have a fast moving enemy, or want to farm many jungle minions at once. He works good with AOE jungles for this reason. EX. Reim, Glaive, Koshka. He really helps with farm and lockdown nicely.
Next is your B.
This ability goes without saying. Yank the hell out of your enemies. You want to do this cautiously however as if you pull reim, alpha, and fortress, or any other dives, you might die. Yank the high priority carries first, and use it for cleanup later.
Now, your Ult.
Your ult is a very important ability. You want to save this for one of two things. First, you can use it offensively to stun the carry of jungle to secure a kill. More commonly however, I use it to cancel an enemy ult like a Rona spin or a Verse of Judgement. That way, you take and deal more damage.
For items, you use the, like every other roamer. Make sure to have lots of vision and to keep your allies as long as you possibly can.
