Threat Hero Notes

Fortress CP fortress will end you. His burst is insane. Be careful when alone in the jungle, or anywhere really.
1
  No Threat
2
  No Threat
3
Adagio Just Watch out for Verse of Judgement.
3
Ardan When in his Gauntlet, using and staying in Active Camo until it drops is somewhat viable. Watch out for AoE damage when doing that, though.
3
Celeste Squishy, watch out for all abilities and move.
3
Skaarf Squishy. Kite his Spitfire.
4
Fortress Support Fortress- Attack of the Pack can track you down regardless of stealth, and can chase you fairly easily.
4
Joule Watch out for her... well, all of her specials, really. Rocket Leap's stun, Thunder Strike can be a major damage dealer is you don't dodge it, and Big Red Button should always be avoided.
4
Ringo Watch out for Ringo in late game, he can become quite the damage dealer. Gank him in the lane often, to deny him farm.
4
SAW Avoid his Suppressing Fire and watch out for Roadie Run, especially on crystal burst SAW. Should he use it and run toward you, use Active Camo to set your mist and stun him when he's in it.
5
Catherine Watch out for Blast Tremor, as it will silence you, making you substantially weaker and able to be killed pretty quickly. Also her stun from Merciless Pursuit.
5
Kestrel Depends on who pulls out better skill shots. It all comes down to being in the right place at the right time. And the build. Obviously this one would win ;)
5
Petal Watch out for Spontaneous Combustion. It will deal major damage to you and your team in a fight.
5
Skye Watch out for all of her abilities, especially Death from Above. The second you see the targets on the ground, move.
5
Vox His Wait for It's silence, same as Catherine.
6
Blackfeather See Koshka (9).
6
Krul Your active camo make him not much of a problem, as he can't burst very well. Krul's strength is in sustained fights. Unless he throws his Ult, you should be fine. Stun and run.
6
Ozo CP Ozo is like Krul with AoE. Eve of Harvest and his passive, Carnie Luck, Allow for his Three-Ring Circus to provide huge sustain and can tank damage with health and defensive items. Invade the enemy jungle/gank him in the lane to deny him farm, as he is weak early game but (like Krul) is extremely hard to kill later on.
7
Phinn Same as Glaive, his Forced Accord and Polite Company can put you in a bad place. Watch out for Quibble's stun late game
8
Glaive His Afterburn can put you it a very bad place. Placement on the battefield is SUPER important for Kestrel, and being knocked into of a 3v1 is never fun.
8
Koshka Assassins like Koshka can be a problem, as they can jump you for massive burst damage. Watch out if jungling alone. Reflex Block her ult if you have one, and use Active Camo to place mist for stun if she pounces you.
8
Rona Her Red Mist is deadly. If you uses Into the Fray or Foesplitter to close the gap (you should never be front lines) Then use your Aegis's reflex block or you're dead. Actually, you're probably done anyway. The best way to prevent this is not be close to her to begin with.
9
Taka Same as Koshka.
9
Reim Reid can reveal you when stealthed with Chill Winds, and deal huge damage while being tanky. Try to avoid
9
Ozo WP Ozo is quite the Assassin. And will ruin you day. He can engage and escape with Acrobounce, and his Three-Ring Circus will deal huge amounts of damage. Watch out for his Bangarang, too. If you see the mark above you, use Active Camo's speed boost to try and get out of range.

Item Explanations Top

Core

Journey Boots: 'Nuff said.

Sorrowblade: Basic attack and Glimmershot damage, and reduces the activation cooldown of Active Camo when being attacked.

Shatterglass: Ability Damage, all of them are important. Glimmershot gets more splash and pierce damage, Active Camo gets more mist detonation damage, And One Shot One Kill gets more damage too.

Clockwork: Oh, Clockwork, how I love thee. To start with, Shatterlass + Clockwork + Active Camo = Infinite stealth. (see Ability Explanations) Also, One Shot One Kill can be used way more often to secure kills on fleeing enemies, steal kraken, or save an ally from across the Fold.
