Well to start of with Krul, he's an extremely easy character to use in blitz.
When the match starts, go to the bushes directly above the jungle miner. If the enemy is taking down the miner, rush down and activate your C to stun them from a distance, then use A to rush up to them and when health is below 50% use your B to activate lifesteal and halcyon potions to gain back health. This will allow you to win most if not all 1v1s and 1v2s. After killing the enemies, proceed on to taking on the jungle miner securing an easy 5 points for your team. Just like that, you are already 1/3 of the way to winning. If the enemy team is not taking the jungle miner, proceed to wait in the bushes till the approach your turret and stun them with C. After this killing them will be easy as 1, 2, 3.

Tornado Trigger: This is fun. The massive damage from Sorrowblade combined with the speed and critical damage chance buff from the double tornado trigger allows you to deal massive damage to your opponents or the turret in a short period of time
