First I have to say it doesn't suck. Maybe it sucks for you. Take a look at that Build again, theres no SM first. DE > AC > SM > BM
I taked a look at your build. It's a good, but standard WP Build. Where is the hybrid? Theres no full perk activated. I think you are a trashtalker.

It's better to build Sorrowblade + Shiv instead of SM/BM.
More damage + more attack speed + wounds.
Of course add wp infusion and you are unbeatable.
You can switch between wp and hybrid.
I meant serpent as FIRST WP item.
If you wanna build serpent its better to follow it with Breaking Point or Bonesaw if they build armor.
