Slows don't stack, so Frostburn is almost completely useless. A Shatterglass, Stormcrown, or Alternating Current would be better.

Like BLGR3NT has said, frostburn adds a slow to your a, which has a cooldown of maybe two seconds. Therefore it becomes ridicoulously annoying and good for chases. Also, I really don't see the point of alternating current. While it raises his overall damage output over time, that's not the point of this build. The point of the build is to be extremely annoying and dish out damage in ticks with a and b not basic attacks. The only reason you would use basic attacks is when you hve nothing else to do in terms of abilities or items. Thanks for commenting and have a great day. P.S. If you didn't notice i already have stormcrown in the build.

I agree with the sentiment, however the Frostburn does apply slow to his A which then makes him ungodly annoying.

Good guide! I'm a close follower of your guides as you probably have guessed. This one was great but shorter than usual...

Personally, I would overdrive Fairy Dust first simply because of the slow since you have a 70% slow when it's overdriven. That's the same as an Adagio slow and lasts more than twice as long. I would probably alternate between the two abilities for maximum damage/slow so I would probably overdrive the B at lvl 9-10 and overdrive the A at lvl 10-11.

Yes, that was a mistake. I've done some more gameplay. I changed it.
