Boots first? Really? Phinn is a SUPPORT, you build ironguard first and work up to support items

You are wrong!!!!!! Phinn starting must be ironguard contract not sprint boots! How phinn get gold for buy ironguard contract if him gold used to sprint boots!!!??? So, phinn 1st buy must be ironguard contract. No questions, no excuses, get them!

You might wanna finish the Coat of Plates(can be either) and Travel Boots

If you play Phinn as a support you cannot start with boots. The only option is to buy ironguard contract and farm with a jungler.

u can if udont follow recommendations...this reason is because phinn is extremely slow at start
