Use anticipating movement on enemies like Koshka as she has quick movement speed. Also, bully laners with Samuel's heroic perk, Samuel has strengths and weaknesses and that goes for everyone. If you play Samuela aggressive, you find yourself ganked and killed within 5 seconds.
Heroes That Can Counter Samuel Top
Heroes like Koshka, can easily assassinate a Samuel, no doubt. If your versing against assassins and warriors, always throw flares into bushes because you never know when there will be a Glaive inside the bush.
