Breaking Point does have a timer, so Taka can just back away from the team fight, and use a Hacyon potion or a Fountain if he has one and jump right back in. or build defence with a Metal Jacket or Crucible

Honestly breaking point for taka is ridiculous. Taka is the only character who is not gonna stay in extended fights and therefore breaking point is completely worthless for him.
