SAW While saw is usually slow because of his spin-up, he hits hard. Taka is not the best at taking hits. If is health is low though, a good gank can usually finish him off.

Ardan Most Ardan builds I have seen are EXTREMELY tanky and have insane amounts of health making him very hard to kill. Ardan as a support can vanguard their teammates so they can escape from you, and his Ult. is basically gg for you if your trapped inside.
7
Celeste Celeste's basic attack is slow, but it follows you whether or not you use Kaku or not. The projectile will follow you, expose you from the box and add a flare effect which is terrible as Taka is an assassin and vision is hi worst enemy.
7
Catherine Catherine's Ult. has a silence effect which makes it so you cannot use abilities. Taka's B ability Kaku is very helpful when you're trying not to die, but Catherine takes away this and leaves you very vulnerable. Although the silence only lasts a few seconds depending on how they upgrade it, a few seconds is all they need to drop your health to 0.

Krul Like most characters, Taka cannot 1v1 Krul. The ideal way to take him down would be to wait till they are attacking a tank so you don't take the hits.
9
Ringo All three of Ringo's ability are a pain in the a$$ when playing Taka. Ringo is usually squishy but his damage is parallel to yours and his A ability slows you as well as damaging which basically leaves you a sitting duck to... anything pretty much.

Counterbuilding - Why is it so important? Top

Late game counterbuilding is how to not die, while killing them. Let me explain, my final build example would be something you would use against Celeste or Skaarf.

The way counterbuilding works is you build items depending on your enemies builds. You can check their builds by clicking the "Score" icon in the bottom right. If you see that the enemy Krul has a coat of plates, you know that he takes reduced weapon damage. The bonesaw is anti-armour, so you would build that as your 5th item. In which case you would want a clockwork for your 6th (starting with a void battery because you only have one space and energy is very important) because the broken myth shield pierce would be useless.
