guys i'll make this easy and short :D

1st Build is Tornado Trigger, stay at the back of the Minions and just farm in lane or jungle
2nd Build is Boots, you can creat this build anytime you want just don't get in fights early
3nd Build is Serpent Mask to lifesteal faster (because of Tornado Trigger)
4th Build is Bonesaw, i chose Bonesaw because it has a shread passive and a large ammount of attck. speed so with the Tornado Trigger And Bonesaw you will have a huge attck. speed with a 60% shred and thats really dangerous
5th Build is Breaking Point to be somehow Tanky and a 60% Armor Pierce and 300 attck. damage, if think how it has that huge additional stats, its because of a 10 attck. damage and 5% armor pierce per stack (max 390 stacks when attacking enemy Heroes, you lose a stack each second when not attacking enemy Heroes
6th Build is Aegis or Atlas Pauldron, it also depends on what type of enemies your against Ex: if you have a strong Saw or Ringo enemy use Atlas Pauldron for shield but even if Ringo's ultimate is a "True Damage Skill" i think you will still win if you are strategic
