Hi Everyone. I play Catherine a lot and I really like how hard she could be killed (if you've played this wonderful captain in the right way). Getting bored with her sometimes then tried to play other character but it seems like I should better stick playing this Catherine instead. I'm writing this guide in Thai too so Thai people can enjoy it easily. I try to be straight to the point but I still believe the guide should be in details as well. Enjoy!

สวัสดีครับ เล่นเวนกลอรี่มานานมากแล้ว และส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเล่น "แคเธอรีน" ชอบตรงที่เธอตายยากถึงยากมาก (ถ้าเล่นเป็น) บางทีก็เบื่อๆบ้างแต่พอเปลี่ยนไปเล่นตัวอื่นก็ไม่ค่อยรุ่งเท่าไหร่ สุดท้ายกลับมาเล่นแคเธอรีนนี่แหละเวิร์กสุดแล้วครับ สำหรับคนไทยที่เข้าอ่าน ไกด์นี้จะค่อนข้างสั้นและตรงไปตรงมา เชื่อเถอะถ้าเล่นตามนี้ แคเธอรีนจะตายยากมากๆ และถ้าไหวพริบดีแล้วเอาตัวรอดเป็น ทั้งแมตช์อาจไม่ตายเลยสักครั้งเดียว ลองเอาไปใช้กันดูนะครับ

Chapter 1 | Fountain of Renewal Top

The first main target is trying to get 'Fountain of Renewal' as quick as possible. Get in to the jungle first but don't do the last hit. Let the other ally heroes finish it to get more gold. You are a supporting role afterall. Finish 1-2 rounds of farming monsters in the jungle in your own half then move to lane. Waiting in the bush and use Merciless Pursuit when you have a chance then just walk back. Trying to stun enemy as many times as possible since her Heroic Perk will add shield and armor by that, also use 'Storm Guard' right away after stunning enemy, I will call this very easy technic as "Stun and Run". This also annoys enemy team and make them less aggressive to attack when you pop up and stun them out of nowhere from time to time.

Get back and forth between jungle and lane to check if everything is ok both ways. Personally I prefer hiding somewhere in lane since I will get gold every time my teammates kill monsters there and normally there are way more chances to stun enemy heroes in the lane. Be careful with energy since it will run dry quickly from using MP (Merciless Pursuit) so often. Don't be reckless and, remember, Catherine should be the last person in the team to die (if you get a chance to die anyway)

You should get Fountain of Renewal as soon as possible and move to the next one you should have "Contraption"

เป้าหมายแรกสุดคือการซื้อ Fountain of Renewal ให้เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ ช่วงแรกให้เข้าป่าไปก่อน พยายามอย่าเป็นคนที่ฆ่ามอนสเตอร์ในป่า ปล่อยให้เพื่อนเราในทีมจัดการไปซะเพื่อให้เขาได้ทองเร็วขึ้น จำไว้ว่าเราเป็นสาย support นะครับ จัดการมอนสเตอร์ในป่าของเขตเราให้ได้ 1-2 รอบแล้วจึงย้ายไปที่ lane แอบซุ่มในพุ่มไม้แล้วใช้ Merciless Pursuit พุ่งไปสตันฮีโร่ฝ่ายศัตรูให้ได้บ่อยที่สุด จากนั้นกาง Storm Guard ขึ้นทันที แล้วค่อยเดินกลับไปกลับมา เราขอเรียกเทคนิคง่ายนี้ว่า "Stun and Run" การสตันจะทำให้เกราะของแคเธอรีนเพิ่มขึ้น แถมยังช่วยทำให้ฝ่ายตรงข้ามกังวลและไม่กล้าบุ่มบ่ามโจมตี เพราะเกรงว่าเราจะโผล่ไปสตันได้ทุกเมื่อนั่นเอง

เดินไปมาสลับกันระหว่างป่ากับเลน เพื่อเช็คว่าทุกอย่างเรียบร้อย แต่โดยส่วนตัวผมชอบอยู่ที่เลนมากกว่าเพราะยังไงเราก็ได้ทองทุกครั้งที่เพื่อนเราฆ่ามอนสเตอร์ในเลนได้ แถมโอกาสที่เราจะสตันเพื่อเพิ่มเกราะก็มีมากกว่าอีกด้วย สิ่งที่ต้องระวังในช่วงแรกคือเอเนอร์จี้สำหรับใส่ skill ซึ่งจะหมดไวมาก เพราะเราใช้ MP สตันศัตรูตลอดเวลา และที่สำคัญ "เป็นแคเธอรีน พยายามอย่าตายดีที่สุด" คนอื่นตายได้แต่เราไม่ควรตายนะครับ

5 นาทีแรกต้องได้ Fountain of Renewal มาครอง จากนั้นก็สะสมทองซื้อ Tier3 ชิ้นต่อไปที่แคเธอรีนควรมีนั่นคือ "Contraption"

Chapter 2 | Contraption Top

When you have Fountain of Renewal and use it wisely, your teammates will likely to survive longer. Buy Flare Gun to give your teammates a sight to see who else hiding in the bush. Again, I prefer stay in lane and still addicted to "Stun and run" strategy. You can buy Battery along the way if you use MP way too many times and think that lacking of energy is annoying. However, the main goal is to get a "Contraption" fast. When you got it, your HP will increase so fast without going back to base. Make you likely to survive longer and doesn't have to waste time to warp back so often.

Use Contraption to set up the traps wisely. My personal trick is put traps right at where the jungle monsters stand. Enemies will unlikely step over so often and the traps will be your eyes almost the whole match

เมื่อได้ Fountain of Renewal เรียบร้อยแล้ว จงใช้ในเวลาจำเป็น จะช่วยทำให้เพื่อนร่วมทีมและตัวเราตายยากขึ้น จากนั้นเป้าหมายต่อไปคือซื้อ Contraption เริ่มต้นด้วยการรีบซื้อ Flare gun หรือตัวยิงพลุที่จะช่วยให้เราเห็นศัตรูที่ซ่อนอยู่ได้ ระหว่างทางแนะนำให้ซื้อ Battery เพิ่มไม่ให้ energy หมดไวนัก หลังจากได้ Contraption แล้ว คุณจะตายยากขึ้นไปอีก เพราะ Contraption กับ Fountain of Renewal จะช่วยเติมเลือดให้เราเรื่อยๆ โดยที่เราแทบไม่ต้องวาร์ปกลับฐานเลย (หากไม่เฉียดตายจริง)

ใช้ Contraption วางกับระเบิดไปเรื่อยๆ เพื่อช่วยเป็นหูเป็นตาให้เรา เทคนิคส่วนตัวของผมคือวางกับระเบิดไว้ตรงจุดที่ Jungle Monster ทั้งหลายยืนอยู่ เพราะจะไม่ค่อยมีคนไปเหยียบ และจะทำให้เราเห็นความเคลื่อนไหวของศัตรูได้แทบทั้งเกมส์เลยทีเดียว

Chapter 3 | Increase her Speed and Maximize everyone's lifespan Top

From 3 choices of boots, War Treads is the one you should go. It increases your HP and also increases your companions' speed, both chasing or escaping. Next item is to protect your friends and increase your lifespan even more. At this point, you cannot really do any damage to opponents but you will be way too hard to be killed. So don't try to kill anyone alone, rely on your friends damage power and stay around to help them with stun attack, especially the opponent that try so hard to kill our laner, and fill up their health from time to time. Above all, don't die!

ถึงเวลาเติมความเร็วให้ Catherine ให้เลือกซื้อ War Treads เพื่อช่วยเติมพลังชีวิต และสามาถเพิ่มความเร็วให้เพื่อนร่วมทีมเวลาต้องการเผด็จศึกใคร หรือใช้พาเพื่อนๆหนีเอาชีวิตรอดในภาวะคับขันก็ได้ จากนั้นให้ซื้อ Crucible เพิ่มหลังชีวิตตัวเอง และช่วยปกป้องเพื่อนได้เช่นกัน ถึงจุดนี้เราจะยังไม่สามารถทำอันตรายใครได้ แต่ทว่าเราจะตายยากถึงยากมาก อย่าริสู้กับใครโดยลำพัง ให้อยู่กับเพื่อนๆไว้ เริ่มต้นโจมตีศัตรู แล้วพึ่งพาพลังโจมตีจากเพื่อนๆ คอยสตันคนที่พยายามจะพุ่งไปฆ่า Laner ของเรา และเติมเลือดให้ทุกคนเป็นระยะด้วย Fountain of Renewal

Chapter 4 | Harvest the Shock Top

Remember the Battery we bought earlier? Build it further and buy This will increase your attack power for your 'Stun and Run'. After that, aim to buy Aftershock to maximize your Merciless Pursuit attack power when stunning enemy. After you got those 2 crystal power items, your Catherine will be more fearsome since she can finish anyone off from the battlefield. The high attacking power he or she has, the faster they could die. Lastly, buy 'Cyrstal Infusion' to increase your crystal power even more. And now your Catherine will just simply refuses to die. If your teammates are not so noob and amateurish, your team will win with her lead. And that wrap things up. Enjoy the game and thank me later, CHEERS!

ต่อเนื่องจาก Battery ที่เราซื้อไว้ตอนเริ่มเกมส์ ให้ซื้อต่อเพื่อเก็บไอเท็ม Eve of Harvest เพื่อเพิ่มพลังโจมตีให้เทคนิค "Stun and Run" จากนั้นซื้อ Aftershock เพื่อให้พลัง Stun ของเราน่ากลัวขึ้น และการสะท้อนการโจมตีด้วย Stormguard จะโหดขึ้นกว่าเดิม ศัตรูที่พลังโจมตีสูงๆในแต่ละครั้งอาจตายเอาง่ายๆ ถ้าอัดใส่เราบ่อยๆ ในขณะที่เรากางบาเรีย Stormguard สุดท้ายปิดด้วย Crystal Infusion เพื่อเพิ่มพลังโจมตีให้มากขึ้น ณ จุดนี้แคทเธอรีีนของเราจะไม่ยอมตายอีกต่อไป ถ้าเพื่อนร่วมทีมของเราไม่ห่วยเกินไป เกมส์นี้เราจะชนะได้ด้วยการนำของ Catherine จอมอึดคนนี้ครับ จบคำแนะนำ ขอให้เล่นกันให้สนุกนะครับ
