But...

Halcyon Chargers are actual better for him for the long range pursuit. Especially when you can aim "On Point". The extended period of running followed by two "Rose Offensive" attacks... My God...

Love the guide for the most part. Lane Blackfeather is becoming more rare these days because of his prowess in the jungle, so it's good to see someone trying to push lane Blackfeather back into the spotlight. One thing I personally disagree with is Halcyon Chargers as opposed to Journey boots. He is has no mana,so Chargers are a waste of money and mobility. Also I would suggest CP Blackfeather- it has great lane harass early game to deal with peskier laners like Gwen. I'm not trolling, I promise. I'm in the process of creating a guide.

I'd echo what Maximus said. Brokenfeather is already close to impossible to escape from so the benefit from Journey Boots is really unnecessary, as where the energy benefits still effect how quickly he recovers his stamina, plus the Halcyon Chargers have the longest sprint duration so in the rare instance you need to chase or escape your sprint will last as long or longer than whomever you are chasing or running from.

The extra energy and energy regen will help with his sustain because it gives him extra stamina and enables him to recover it back quicker. Halcyon Chargers also gives him a bit of CD reduction, which can be very helpful and is probably better than Journey Boots as he's already so mobile.
