Wp samuel should be put up against CP heroes,against WP like saw will be a problem. Against crystal you can bully them in damadge especially if they dont buy armour. I have decided to make a weapon build for samuel. I like samuel as a character he is pretty cool from my pov. Anyways I made a samuel build because of how many people only stick to what they think certain characters can do. Btw spread the idea of creating a skin for samuel that has a emperor Palpatine vibe to it. It would match samuel so much with all his attacks.
