Summary Top

First you should start with weapon blade & some halcyon potions.
As you possibly clear minions in lane or clear monsters in jungle you should (At approximately five minutes, thirty seconds) have Sorrowblade. Then you get your Coat Of Plates, then the rest has no specific order until the next Que.

Mid Game you should have Tornado Trigger, SorrowBlade, Metal Jacket & at least be working on the other items. Also following the pattern described for you abilities is key.

Late Game, you should have your whole build completed. Cosisting of Tornado Trigger, SorrowBlade, Metal Jacket, Crucible, Poisoned Shiv, & Tension Bow you are now a force that can stop any healing buffs, defensive buffs, lifesteal, & possibly stop opposing heroes by yourself. This is meant to be a carry build.
