Blackfeather is a new hero and the recommended build for him is weapon power, but his abilities go well for crystal power. Like all assassins he goes well with a roamer support such as Phinn. His hero perk allows him to get a bonus for crystal.
I have played blackfeather and his abilities go well with a chaser burst assasin. His speed and basic wp is also a plus since he has a higher starting stat then other assassin's. Sadly he can also be squishy to an extent. This build makes use of a good roamer so that you can farm faster and complete the build.

Early Game
Buy two
Halcyon Potion and a
Crystal Bit.
I recommend getting ability B first as you can farm faster with it and also attack two minions at the same time.
Mid early game
You should have earned enough to buy a
Blazing Salvo and swift boots. I also recommend upgrading to
Eclipse Prism to build aftershock.
Scout traps also help in providing vision.
Mid game
By this time buy an
Aftershock and also
Alternating Current.
You can start building a
Heavy Prism to later build another.
Mid late game
I recommend building
Broken Myth first if your opponent builds shield.
Frostburn would also help your teammates by slowing down the enemies. You could replace this with shatterglass for more damage.
Late game
This is mostly for the defensive builds
Crucible or fountain renewal for those hybrid teams.
Atlas Pauldron for wp teams such as krul and saw.
Aegis for cp teams like celeste and skaarf.
Note you can build defensive items if you are losing early game.

Phinn is one of your best teammates. He can stun and also drag opponents back so you can burst them down.

He can take care of the lane while you sweep the jungle. The cp build also goes well with wp saw because the other team would have to focus one of you or else they will get killed.

Catherine can initiate fights and also stun the enemies while you attack from a safe distance. She can also silence teams which prevents them from stunning you.
