Cp Ringo has helped me a lot. It gives you burst damage, and most of all, it helps you be a killer. Someone once said as a laner, you need to be a cannon, with only one defense. Your team should help you out. You need to do all of the damage, so that is why you build CP. With CP you can break people early and late game, more late though. With a quick twirling silver and achilles shot, you can melt them half health with this build. If you have any questions, I will try to answer them. THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD, I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO MAKE IT SO PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE.
