 Koshka She can easily get on you early in lane and get easy, quick kills on you. You can usually out damage her early game.

How to play CP Ringo Top

For CP Ringo, you are extremely weak until you get your first 3 items: clockwork, shatterglass, and alternating current. (The clockwork is so your B ability can be used 24/7 as long as you pay attention, when the duration is over, the cooldown is done).
The reason CP can be so strong is that his B ability actually scales with CP if you look at it. If you combine this with alternating current, every other attack will deal massive damage, and your A will already take out a chunk of the enemy's health before you even start autoing them. Your ult also deals more damage allowing you to kill retreating carries.
