Now why would you take Taka with CP? Because spamming your ult is funniest thing to do! With his built in CD and clockwork your ult will be up almost all the time, and with 170% Crystal Ratio you will be doing tons of burst damage. Kaiten also has 120% Crystal Ratio making CP well spent on him.
What you want to do as CP Taka is use X-Retsu to get in dealing massive damage one basic attack to proc aftershock Kaiten to dodge any damage and if they aren't running or dead from your initial burst then Kaku and wait for your very short cooldowns and rinse and repeat.
I recommend Book of Eulogies first as it provides much need sustain in the jungle but don't buy any more into it.
Your first buy could include either a void battery or Chronograph depending on how well your doing. Always make sure you have enough for boots though. Chronograph would be better to get first as it provides cooldown and builds into Clockwork.
After that Aftershock or Eve of harvest depending on what you need first damage or sustain in fights.
