Start with a hour glass and clear the jungle with your roamer but prepare for a invade. Finish your aftershock and get tier 1 boots then 2 clockworks finish your boots and build towards a shatter the last item is variable. Early game Top
Now this build makes you very fragile so you need to stay safe until you hit level 6 at which point you need to gang as much as you can. Jungle till you hit level 6.
mid-late game Top
By now you should have your after shock and part of a clockwork. Gank as much as you can, for those who don't know ganking is where the jungler moves up and attacks the enemy laner. You should x-retsu basic attack kaiten basic attack kaku. This will do massive damage and psychological damage as well because you will disappear as soon as you appeared. in the lane you could after Kaku run into the bush in the middle so you can do it all over again.
late game Top
By now you should have completed 1 aftershock 2 clockworks you boots and 1 shatter if you were good. at this point take minion mines roam the map and kill whoever you meet same combo c a b.if your team is taking the krakan assist otherwise kill them
