Ringo Ringo should be okay. You can easily sneak up on him and with boots, maybe outrun. He is single target and can't usually hit you when you're invisible.
5
  No Threat
6
Skaarf Skaarf might be tricky with his/her ultimate where he/she blows fire everywhere.
6
Adagio Adagio has a lot of healing, an AOE slow+damage. It is hard to take him down over time and wise to retreat early before he unleashes his ultimate.
7
Koshka WIth her incredible movement speed, she can usually chase pretty hard. Watch out for her long stun especially during team fights.
7
SAW Saw's ultimate is tough to survive so I recommend going invisible as soon as he activates it. Stick around and wait till he is most vulnerable before attacking
7
Petal Petal is often built with lots of attack speed and her munions like to surround her. When using your skills, be careful to tap on her not her munions if you're in a rush. Use your second skill to escape Petal's ultimate.
8
Taka Other Takas can be tricky because of their invisible skill just like you can be. I recommend buying flare guns and using your skills on them ASAP
9
Catherine Catherine is very tanky and combined with her second skill, your burst first skill and third can't do much damage at all unless fed.

Tips for playing Taka with this build Top

Start:
Use your first skill a lot on the jungle camps especially if you buy the battery because it's pretty much your only source of damage early game. Stay away from fights unless you have the advantage. Focus on jungling, getting XP and Gold as fast as possible.

Early Game:
If you do well, you should be level 6 relatively quickly. Your ult will make you able to burst damage now. Stock up on gold and buy lots of Crystal Power.

Strategy:
Use your ultimate first so you can let it cool down early, use it on lowest HP if you can kill, otherwise focus on the most squishy carry. Next use your first skill on the same target. With good teammates you should be able to win the fight. If it is a 1v1 and your skills couldn't finish the enemy. Use your second skill to hide around for a bit (be careful of scout traps and flare guns). When your skills finish cooling down, jump back in and finish. This is where cool down reduction can come in handy.

Other Information:
If you get surprise attacked, use your second skill even if you think you can take them because it let's YOU get the element of surprise. Always use your ultimate when coming out of invisibility when you can.

Don't be afraid to use your ultimate on mines or even jungle camps in order to speed up the clearing process.

Pros and Cons Top

Pros
-If you're fed, you can 1v1 almost anybody with your 1st and 3rd skill
-If enemies don't use flare gun or scout trap, you can escape almost anything
-Low cool down reduction can help with dodging attacks
-You can STEAL mines/kraken with your powerful ultimate and second skill
-Skills have super low cool down and low mana cost

Cons
-After you use your skills, you have no attack besides auto which does almost no damage
-You can't take down minion waves easily because your skills are single target
-Kind of squishy and hard to clear camps early game
-No support skills and can't do much teamwork
