Threat Hero Notes
1
Joule Step 1: Active Camo. Step 2: Go behind her. Step 3: SLAUGHTER
1
SAW Wait until his Spin Up is at full stack. With Frostburn, just slow SAW down and finish him off. Once he (barely) flee, push down the lane.
2
Alpha Alpha may be threatening, but once assassinated (by Kestrel's awesomeness) her Infinite Reboot won't be a trouble. 4 Glimmershots should do it with this build.
2
Grumpjaw Grumpjaw's attacks are mostly for singular target, so engage him in team fights. Unless you are invisible. Try to lower his Living Armor with basic attacks, or have someone else to lower it. Then use Glimmershot to stagger him. Even better, lure him to the mist and stun him.
3
Lance With good speed, you can easily dodge Lance's attacks. Gythian Wall can be pretty lethal if he used it on you in team fights. But it's not effective if you're at the backline.
3
Lyra Lyra can be tough to handle depending on what build she uses. If she's a Utility Lyra, buy Broken Myth and try to keep track with her as soon as she's low on health. But she may lure you into a trap. If she's a Carry Lyra, try to fight her with an ally, as she can be a deadly killer on 1v1 battles.
4
Skye Skye isn't much of a threat, but she will be one if you underestimate her. Keep in mind that she can chase you down and block your path of escape. So think of a strategy before she engages. Skye is pretty low on defense but nimble. So your Glimmershot and Frostburn should do the trick.
4
Adagio Gift of Fire is a good way to slow Kestrel and burning her. So try to run from Adagio and pierce him with Broken Myth. You can out run him easily and he's pretty slow (duh, cause he is named after a tempo). But be careful when facing him with other enemies.
5
Celeste Both being superb snipers, Celeste's Solar Storm can come at you unexpectedly. But the damage of One Shot, One Kill is even more deadly. Heliogenesis are flare-like abilities. So, be careful when ambushing. Celeste could know where you are.
5
Baron With his delayed abilities, Baron can be easily dodged with your speed. Although he can escape from you, it is best to chase him down and secure the kill. If he invests in weapon damage, use Metal Jacket. As his basic attacks are as dangerous, and he could easily kill you. So watch out!
6
Ardan Ardan's Vanguard can damage you when he activate it to his melee ally. He has great defense. Making it hard for you to kill him. If he's offensive, stay back and use Glimmershot to him.
6
Reim Reim has low range but durable. So keep your distance from him and keep attacking
7
Flicker Being able to slow down enemy heroes, Flicker is exceptionally good at slowing you down. He could also find out where you're hiding at. If possible, crack his defense with Broken Myth.
7
Skaarf Burns just like Adagio. Skaarf can make you unable to dissapear with his Fan of Flames. He slows, and chase down enemy heroes. Especially you. So try to invest in boots and defensive items when fighting Skaarf.
8
Ringo Ringo's damage is great, and he would win a 1v1 battle with Kestel. I would recommend having a teammate to lure him to your mist, and kill him.
8
Koshka Koshka can hunt you down in ease if you don't act fast. With Active Camo, position her in the bushes, and put an end to her with a team fight. She is also good at fleeing. So use your One Shot, One Kill to secure the kill.
9
Phinn Unstoppable is a jerk. Phinn is a jerk. He prevents you from attacking, as his abilities pull you to him, and his team bullies you to death. So keep your distance from him. Get Reflex Block to block his Ultimate.
9
Krul There is one rule and one rule only that applies when facing Krul; Stay away. If you did run into him. Call a teammate to back you up. A protector teammate is ideal.
10
Rona She jumps, she twirls, she spins. Rona is the killer of assassins. With high defense and sneak attacks, Rona couldn't be the mother of all warriors. Don't engage Rona all by yourself. If you're alone in the battlefield, with her as the enemy, go to the sentry or go to the turret.
10
Samuel Samuel is the deadliest carry to Kestrel. His Drifting Dark makes Kestrel unable to sneak undetected. While his Malice & Verdict has long range, Kestrel needs all the speed she can get if she runs into Samuel.

Being Crystal Adder Kestrel Top

Kestrel is about being good at killing, and running. Shatterglass is a must have item for her, as it is her source of damage, and it makes her lethal. Journey Boots makes her fast at pursuing and fleeing from enemy heroes.Clockwork is used for Glimmershot and Active Camo's cooldown. It is also used for energy. The more energu she has, the more repeated Glimmer shot she can use

The Captain Killer Top

This build is meant to threaten enemy captains. Broken Myth is for cracking their shields. This is ideal to kill captains. Alternating Current goes well with Broken Myth. Captains were meant to stay in the frontline and protect the carry in the back. With Alternating Current, it is basically a barrage of arrows attacking the captain. Each staggering the captain. Slumbering Husk is an emergency item in case the captain becomes a carry. If they are true protectors, I would suggest another Shatterglass.

The Team Killer Top

This build is most effective in team fights and Battle Royale. The Aegis and Metal Jacket is your source of defense. If all the enemy team heroes has crystal or weapon builds, I would suggest changing one of the defensive item into Eve of Harvest. Depending on what build they chose. The Frostburn is to slow down enemy heroes with Glimmershot and killing them slowly.

The Stealth Hunter Top

This build is for players that are used to assassinate enemies from brush and with Active Camo. Two Shatterglasses are good enough to kill an enemy. While Eve of Harvest is used to lifesteal enemies with Glimmershot. Aftershock is also for lifesteal. The movement with this is simple. Glimmershot, then basic attack. Repeat this action, and you'll get an advantage.
