In the Troll Build, I don't think Tension Bow's special perk stacks, obviously its bonus stats do.

Ehh, guess vampire really isn't Koshka's thing. This build could never work in public matches because the team chemistry in public matches is absolutely zero(especially if you are playing with noobs). Oh and don't forget about journey boots. Could really be a fun build in private party.
