3
Joule If she can get close to you and your teammates she can dish out a lot of damge and she's quite tanky. Just stop her rocket leap with Bright Bulwark and keep her slowed.
3
Glaive Use the same tactics you would against Joule, though Glaive's Afterburn is much faster than Rocket Leap so be more vigilant when playing against a Glaive.
4
Vox If's he'a play WP he'll be more more of a problem. His biggest advantage is his quick dashes around the Fold. Keep him slowed with your basic attacks and your abilities once you get a frost burn.
5
  No Threat
6
Krul Always engage Krul with a man advantage. Meaning never go into a 1v1 with Krul unless you can burst him down very quickly. Just throw your Imperial Sigil on the ally that's tanking and it should hit Krul as well and deal constant damage as well as keep your ally healthy. Your basic attacks deal a lot of damage so make sure to utilize them well.

Ringo Ringo can deal a lot of damage very quickly and from a distance. Therefore you need to get your allies close so they can deal damage. Only do this if you have a Krul, Saw, or a Melee jungler. Otherwise it's setting yourself up to be torn open by twirling silver.
9
Taka If the player is experienced he will be devastating, but you can still hit him with Bright Bulwark while he's invisible. So if he try's to escape throw it down the second he disappears and it'll reveal him as well as slow and snare him. If you've got an ally with you he'll most likely be destroyed right then.
9
Samuel Samuel was made to counter Lyra. He can devastate entire teams if the player is good. Make sure to kite him as well as you can is all I can really say. Try and catch him off guard or displace him if you can, have Glaive or Joule as an Ally.
9
Baron Baron is excellent at zoning and can burst you down really quickly if playing CP. if your ally is inside the porcupine mortar range put down Imperial Sigil to start healing them ASAP. If he uses his ult then use yours to get you and your teammates far away from the blast range.
10
Celeste Her range is terrifying. She can obliterate you and your team before you even get close to her. Be careful and use your Portal to get you and your allies close to her. She's much more deadly mid-late game. Watch out for solar storm, Core collapse and Heliogenesis. If you see her stars sitting around be careful and don't get hit by the super nova.

use the eve of harvest and the frostburn interchangeably, if they have faster heroes. Like assassins or heroes that are good at Kiting, use the frostburn. If they have tankier heroes like Rona, Joule, Glaive use the eve so that you don't die in the middle of the fight.

It's to my understanding that people thing shatter glass is a better way to go rather than eve or frost burn. In other Lyra builds yes, that's the way to go. But in this one the broken Myth makes it so you can deal a quite significant amount of damage. Alongside the Alternating current the broken myth is a very powerful weapon. Also, if you use the frost burn, it slows alongside Lyra's nautical slow. Therefore she slows them for a much longer period and with more severity.

Sorry for any spelling or grammatical mistakes. It's kind of glitchy doing this from a phone.
