You want journey boots early in game so that you can escape ganks or stay alive in ganks longer. Let me explain: 1.Journey boots give you an early game advantage letting you have 200 extra health with regeneration and armor/shield letting you take more damage. If your getting overpowered by your enemy's you can retreat with your speed.
2. The tension bow next increases damage out put with weapon power and armor pierce. Also every 6 seconds your basic attack will be increased even higher.
3. Serpant mask will give you +90 attack power and have 20% life steal, so the more damage you do the more health you gain and every 6 seconds with tension bow you get even more life drain
4. Fountain of renewal and crucible will increase your health higher and give you more defense/regen over all so you can stay in group ganks longer
5. Tornado trigger will increase your attack speed and raise your chance for criticals this with serpants mask you will be regening and life stealing at to fast a rate for the enemy to handle
