Celeste Honestly most people who play her suck. Out class your opponent, and she's not much to worry about.
3
Skaarf Don't be too afraid of Skaarf. This nerd's DoT (damage over time) is % based, so it won't tick down any faster on you than any other Hero. Just don't get hit with the big stuff. Putting your stun in front of an inhaling dragon is funny. She fizzles. It's great.

  No Threat
6
Joule Joule really isn't a threat normally. Predict her stun and just maneuver around the lightning sword. She's placed relatively high though, because her ultimate will destroy you. Quick steppin, fool!
7
Catherine By herself she's not that bad, but usually she'll catch you with someone else, and the stun is your certain doom. Don't let her catch you in the lane, you dummy.
8
Adagio Adagio's B hurts. His DoT from A hurts. Any decent Adagio can stutterstep. Just stay away guys.
8
Petal She'll make quick work of your health, because there's 4 of her hitting you. Her ultimate will effectively 1 shot you. But, early game, you destroy her munions with the power of the sunz. This gives you the advantage early game to pull ahead on farm and kills. Don't ignore this opportunity.
8
Krul If he comes from the shadows it's hard to get away. His sword will destroy you. He only needs a few ticks for his B to destroy you. Yikes. If you keep him playing honest with suns-in-bushes, he won't get the jump. Then you can keep your distance.
8
Ringo Slow hurts. Crits hurt. Ultimate hurts.
9
Ardan Daddy's punch hurts. Putting you in his time out circle is certain death.
10
Taka Taka hurts. Keep bushes lit up and keep a flare handy for when the hair on the back of your neck stands up. It's probably Taka breathing on it. If you're lucky Taka will be solo jungler. In that case, get a teammate to help you steal an enemy camp or 2 consistently. A Taka without gold, is a Taka without damage.
10
Glaive Keep your distance. Most people will hesitate on the rocket axe until it's opportune. Don't let it be opportune. Hug walls and stay on the edge of battle. He'll feel like it will be a waste so he won't throw it willy nilly - which is good for us.
10
Koshka Just no.
10
SAW Hahahahahaha just no. Stay away from the Gun holding a small man.

Intro. Top

First guide guys. Go easy now. Keep in mind this guide was built based on my playstyle, it might not work for you. I tend to be pretty aggressive, so keeping myself alive is pretty cool beans.

I realize most heroes are placed kind of high on the threat level. That's Celeste has a short auto attack, really low health, really low defensive capabilities, and like zero "oh **** buttons". If you build too defensively, you won't be able to throw out enough damage to win team fights. The key is to play smart, keep your distance, and always read the map and predict enemy movements. In this regard, most heroes shouldn't touch you that much. If they get a hold of you, almost any hero can mow you down if you're caught off guard. That's why they're all high on the list. You don't need to be afraid, you just need to be aware.

Starting Out Top

Start out with an Energy Battery and a few potions. Motion your team to gather below the mine and get an early jungle rush. Back out after you secure a kill, or two if you can without over-extending. Get up to the lane and focus on last hitting mobs while keeping some sunshine on the bushes to avoid lolliganks. Don't go past the center, you don't need to.

Early Game Top

Celeste's power scales with gear quite intimately, so you'll want to upgrade as often as possible, without giving the enemy laner free whacks on your turret; and don't get caught with your dress on your face - make sure the coast is clear. You die fast. While you're down there in the jungle shop, see if you can meet up with your friends for a jungle gank party fest. Free gold right? Keep your distance, be the last to engage, keep sunshines on the bushes and choke points, like in the middle of commonly traversed paths.

You'll want to upgrade to void battery first for maximum pokeage potential, then when you got 600 monies, buy your Sprint Boots and some Crystal Bit. Once you get your Crystal Bit, you should have enough firepower with a team mate to combo out on some poor soul in the lane. Make a sun, throw a stun, make a sun, so much fun. Between this burst, and a teammate with a slow/stun, you can clear the lane out easy-peasy. I prefer to get Eve of Harvest first, because it gives you a damage boost as well as health sustain in lane. People are going to shoot you and stuff, so you might as well be able to heal without going back to base. ALWAYS KEEP LIKE 4 POTIONS ON YOU(!!). If you feel like you're needing boots first, you're overextending or putting yourself in a position for enemies to get their grubby fingers on you. Stop it.

Mid-Game Top

Here we go. You should be on your way to getting your Shatterglass. Pro tip: Celeste rocks at farming in lane. This goes without saying, no matter what hero you're playing: assist your teammates. You should be looking for every opportunity to pick up kills with your mates - just don't overextend; you're not Ardan, it's not you vs. the world. Your damage is starting to show here guys. Poke with those suns, keep people from straight up engaging - make it awkward and disadvantageous. Separate enemies, then focus on the squishies. After you got your Eve of Harvest, your Shatterglass, and some boots, start on your next Eve of Harvest. 50% lifesteal you say? Okay. (It adds up yo).

Late Game Top

No we're talking. Double Eve of Harvest, double Shatterglass, we're cooking with fire baby. And by fire, I mean some gaseous chemical reaction of the sun. And we're not cooking pork chops. We're cooking Petals and Glaives and stuff. Well maybe not Glaives, stay away from Glaive - he has a pretty big axe. Travel with your team and control the Jungle and Lane. You have long distance rifle sunbeams now, so you can put an eye in all the bushes and nobody can hide anymore. Your core is 5 items leaving room for some flares too, stay one step ahead. I usually don't even need a defensive item, but if they have some strong burst and good coordination, feel free to grab some health because that stuff rocks. Pop your reflex when that stupid Taka X-retsus your scrawny butt, and don't waste your stun when he ninja flips over your head. That's the worst. If you have the gold, and the slot, you can grab a 6th item. I haven't had a game get to this point yet, but I would either get another Shatterglass or Broken Myth, depending on how heavy they counterbuild. Your ultimate hurst guys, don't start with it, combo with it. If you've been winning team fights all game, you know to save it for the snipe to finish off sissy runners.

Grab a beer guys. Queue up again.
