Build explanation Top
Catherine Is a strong character if you utilize what's important. This build is for medium to low ELO players. It's important to understand that
Sorrowblade and
Tornado Trigger are for late game ONLY! They are completely optional and out for those who would like to do damage while tanking. (We'll go over that in another chapter) If you would like to instead use one of the items on the late game item build that is totally fine. Now, let the explanation begin!
Merciless Pursiuit, Why So Much Damage? Top
After you have obtained
Tension Bow and
Aftershock you should be doing chunks of damage to the enemy team. Not enough to be seriously worrisome but enough to help your team kill them fast. You may have a tiny problem with energy before you get clockwork if you're not wise so be careful! If you choose to use
Sorrowblade and
Tornado Trigger then don't engage until your whole team is there. Once everyone is ready swerve in towards someone who does high damage. (EX:
Taka,
Krul,
Ringo) Once they're stunned don't run away and let your team do damage you have everything you need to kill them on the spot so just keep attacking.
A Tank Without Tank Items. Top
As you know,
Catherine has a Heroic Perk that allows her to gain Armor every Merciless Pursuit. An update has allowed her to get both Sheild and Armor every stun therefore benefiting her even more. In order for the
Sorrowblade and
Tornado Trigger to work you MUST get at least 20 stacks on your perk. The more the better.
