try to lane with her and you might have some minor success but to totally dominate and win high up in the ranked play or anywhere play her as a jungler. to only use crystal means that your basic attack does 0 damage and having weapon power only means that your invisibility is useless. so by having them both in this build you have the ability to do massive amounts of damage with your basic attacks and abilities. also allowing for easy escapes or gaining tactical spots. As a jungler with a good roamer will make it easy to get farm and kill heroes in early game. late game you will need to have more strategy. ganking in early game is easy as long as you kill their laner before their roamer and jungler get there for easy aces.
your roamer will make or break you. if you have a good tank that knows the game and will do what you tell them to do via pings you will win easily. this build has so much burst damage that it will send opponents running fast so you need a good stunner or Ardan to boost your own speed in the chase. farming the whole jungle can be done in abt a minute allowing for early ganks.
