This is my fist build. I was looking for a build like this one for Joule and couldn't find one, so here it is. With Aftershock's damage and steal abilities you can really tear away at people with this ability combo. The regen with this build combined with Joules natural rebuild and abilities will help her seem tankier as well! The only substitution I have tried is losing Warhorn for Fountain of Renewal, it works great that way too! Anyways, if you are bored and looking to try a new build for Joule, this is worth trying!
