So your goal in this build is to use thunder strike in place of your auto-attack. Such as with Skaarf and spitfire. With Joule the aftershock is very important. The only downside is if you are against a ranged hero. So you can't utilize the aftershock. Well at least you generally can't get close enough to damage them with the aftershock's ability. If you can get close enough where you can auto-attack a ranged hero you will delete them. Although since in most cases you can't, your thunderstrike sometimes will be able to reach them (In most cases). So that is why the shatterglass is in there so you can do massive damage at a range. Also your ultimate is devastating. So good luck
