Start of game buy
When you spawn into the game purchase the items above and unlock your B ability (On point). Head straight to the jungle monster (where the jungle shop spawns) with your captain and possibly carry and be ready for an early game team fight. I would recommend keeping on your side of the jungle and play aggressive if your whole team is dedicated to the team fight. If your teammates are staying back and not playing aggressive then just stay with your teammates and try to chip away at the enemy team using your B ability.
Once the team fight has finished at the first jungle monster, head back into your own jungle. You will be farming there until the 4 minutes have passed and you can access the jungle shop. Whilst farming for the first 4 minutes you can go help your carry if you feel as though they are struggling or if there are enemies that need to be finished off.
First Jungle shop buy
When the jungle shop has spawned go there straight away and purchase an aftershock with the gold you have been farming up. Once you have purchased the aftershock, you can be slightly more aggressive as both your A ability and aftershock will help you regenerate health in fights and the scaling on your B ability allows you to gain large chunks of fortified health when landing the ability successfully.
From here I would continue farming in your own jungle until you reach around level 6. From here you can play aggressively in the lane or jungle as you will be unlocking your rose offensive ability at level 6. With all 3 abilities unlocked you can now chase down enemies and escape from them.
Item guide
After the initial purchase of the aftershock I would start saving up for an alternating current, once bought; the alternating current can help you deal continuous damage to your enemies with a higher attack speed. After you have purchased the alternating current I would start saving up for aegis to build your defense and have a block to use to stop yourself from being rooted or stunned from heroes such as Lance and Flicker or from blocking ults from any other hero. As you purchase your aegis you will see that the enemy is likely to be building shield or their very own aegis to stop you from dealing as much damage, so your next purchase is a piercing shard which will eventually become a broken myth. Once a broken myth has been obtained you are able to deal mass amounts of damage and you will become stronger the longer your team fight or solo fight is going on for as long as you keep your stacks in tact (I recommend using your B ability to stop your broken myth stack from decreasing).
At this point you are likely to be level 12 with your A and B abilities maxed out, from here you wont need any more damage dealing items so save up for a metal jacket (don't bother with an atlas pauldron as you will easily be able to chase down enemies with your A and Ultimate abilities). The metal jacket will help you last longer in fights and decrease the damage you may be taking by WP heroes such as Ringo and Saw.
Finally my last purchase would be journey boots to help increase your mobility just a little bit more allowing you to chase down the enemies faster or help you escape easier. This increased mobility also helps you counter an enemy Reim.
Strategy guide
After you have purchased all your items use your gold to buy a crystal infusion and join your teammates for team fights. At this point you can freely dive into team fights without worrying about dying instantly. You should be aiming to take out their carry first as they will be the biggest damage dealer on their team. I would use your B ability on their carry so you have fortified health for the fight, then the carry is likely to run away so follow them and use your A ability to catch up with them and finish them off with your ultimate ability followed up by your A or B ability again. After you have killed their carry then go back to help your teammates finish off their jungler and eventually their captain for a nice clean Ace.
Extra tip - If your captain dies in the team fight but you still manage to get the ace, don't be afraid to take kraken with your carry as you can take alot of hits from kraken and regen your health by using your A ability and Ultimate ability on kraken.
