To Excel in Malene's unique ability Top

Malene Malene is a trickster in Halcyon Fold

Before you say anything about this "statement" let me give some enlightenment to u guys.
Malene has 2 different forms the light (the slower) and the shadow (the damage dealer)

If you want to excel in using Malene, all you have to do is excel in using her Ulti.
Yes! Her ulti is the key for your game. Some people doesn't know how to use her Ulti according to the situation. Now let me teach you guys how to use her ulti to make her a deadly trickster.

1) Always be ready in her light form
- as the light form is a slower you might want to be ready in the light form. slow the enemy with your first ability Light Ribbons and quickly rush to the enemy before you turn to shadow form. This is to make sure the enemy receive the damage from your transformation.

2) To look at the situation (after transforming to shadow form)
{IF YOU WANT TO ATTACK}
-after your transformation, please be wary about your enemy's health. If they're low try to use your second ability Wicked Escapade to slow down the enemy. Try to rush in front of the enemy and use your first ability Shadow Tendrils and quickly use your ulti Enchanted Transformation so the enemy would receive damage from your transformation. And use your second ability in light form Royal Amnesty to speed your attack and finish the enemy.

{IF YOU WANT TO RUN AWAY}
- If your enemy's health is still a lot, I suggest you to run away by first using your second ability Wicked Escapade and quickly change to light form and slow the enemy with your first ability Light Ribbons . If the enemey seems to be faster quickly use your second ability Royal Amnesty in light form to speed yourself and run from the enemy.

3) If you're creative enough you could experiment Malene's ability yourself :D

Why I recommend the build Top

1) THE CORE ITEMS



- Clockwork is to reduce the cooldowns of Malene. You really need it to make sure every ability is ready everytime you change from Light to Shadow or Vice Versa.

- Spellfire is to help you out as a laner. The mortal wound given from the spellfire effect could help you out in finishing fleeing enemies as Malene isn't that fast.

- Alternating Current is to speed your basic attack and to boost your crystal damage. Malene only rely of her ability's damage and all the bonus damage given each time after you transform.


2) THE UTILITY ITEMS



*PLEASE REMEMBER TO ONLY CHOOSE A PAIR OF EITHER GAUNTLET/STORMCROWN AND CHARGERS/WAR TREADS*

- Stormcrown acts as an early game advantage for Malene. In the late game you could choose to either change from stormcrown to other items that is suitable to counter the enemy.

- Nullwave Gauntlet acts as an enhancemant as you're Crystal Building. Would stack with your bonus damage everytime you transform.

- Halcyon Chargers & War Treads acts to speed you up. And depends on your situation to play as a backlaner or a damage dealer. It also depends on wether you want to use your ability frequently or you're being attacked frequently.
