He has good mobility for maneuvering around both the enemy and friendly team. This is especially good for a squishy such as Ringo against a diver such as Taka. This makes using support items a lot easier as you can get closer to the desired target quicker. His passive and overall abilities allow him to be tanky as he moves around.
If you have a WP Adagio or anything similar, you don't have to get fountain first (atlas, cauldron, etc.). If you're skilled with Ozo's acrobounce you can have really good synergies with divers such as Alpha or Blackfeather. While they dive you jump on them, then quickly to the carry that will probably also be dived. This brings you to the diver's target, slowing them and dealing some damage while also going across the map to your carry. Both effective and looks cool.
